- Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates needed to match you with nearby delivery requests and to navigate routes.
- Device & Usage Data: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and activity logs (e.g., login timestamps, pages visited) for security and analytics.
- Support & Communications: Messages between you and customers or Support, including call recordings if you opt-in to in-app calling.
How We Use Your Information
- Service Delivery: To match you with delivery or service requests, provide navigation, and calculate earnings.
- Payments & Payouts: To process your earnings, refunds, or reimbursements.
- Safety & Compliance: To verify your identity, perform background checks, and enforce safety policies.

- With Customers: Limited sharing of your name, photo, and approximate location during a delivery or service request.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: Payment processors, background-check services, mapping/navigation providers, and cloud hosting partners under strict confidentiality.
- Legal Obligations: To comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests, and to protect our rights and safety.
Data Retention & Security
- Retention: We keep your account and transaction data as long as you have an active Rider account and for a period afterward as required by law.
- Security Measures: Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security audits, and vulnerability assessments.
Your Rights
- Access & Correction: You can view and update your profile information in the app settings.
